All you guys know that I’ve started a new diet, and to celebrate my vegan monthiversary, I wanted to give out a bit of information.  While diets are generally better and healthier for the person doing it, there are some that are dangerous, but aren’t getting the coverage they need.  Here’s one of them: calorie restriction.  This is a link to a great article that talks about the diet, and how it can actually be a disorder in disguise.  Eat healthy, everyone.  No diet is worth your life.
